Just busted my butt making this animated avatar and it doesn't work as an avatar (animation didn't work!)

FMW: The autograph. Gosh, hard to explain. I found a photo of an autographed album of his and took his autograph off of it. THEN I pasted it on the black background and made it the blue color (sampled from the "M" in the silhouette photo) THEN I erased it dot at a time, saving a new frame each time. It took 90 frames to complete. THEN, I saved it the frames as an animated GIF with a program I have on my iMac. PHEW... it took several hours to complete. Lotta work.

The photo ones are just photos I've taken and pasted the frames together with the animation program.

I may try and make more of them tomorrow, since I'm kinda off work. I still have tons to do, so it doesn't seem like I'm "off" LOL!
