Hello my dear friend ... how quickly this year has gone by can you believe we are heading towards a year nearly since we were together and Barry came over to join us partying - sigh!!! I know life is hectic, but we will make time to get together again sometime - promise. I had hoped we would meet up at Proms in the Park - what a special day that was!

I have had more trouble with my dad this year ... lost count of the times he has ended up in hospital through falls etc, and he nearly burnt his house down the other week, plus Mervyn is just getting over a four week illness of acute bronchitis, so it has been pretty busy here.

I am hoping to get over to Vegas for a final visit next year - maybe May time - but waiting on Barry. I hear it has been confirmed that he will be opening in the Paris on Valentines Day.

Ah bless you ... yes, I know what you mean about it being hectic since the shows, as I had done nothing for Christmas and we were understaffed at work YET again so it was manic there, but only a couple more days and then Christmas, although these days are manic too. Taking around the pressies after work tomorrow evening to family and then Tues we are up at the Royal Albert Hall for a Carol Service that Mervyn's brother has set up, and the Christmas Eve we got to Canterbury for a Carol Service in the Town there straight from work ... we are all going to be sleeping through Christmas.
