This was takem May 15th this year! He's now 20 months and time really flies!!!

Me and My Baby

I just became a Grandma for the first time and it feels wonderful. My son and his wife had a baby boy back in August of '07. He is 1 year old. They have named him David which is also his father's name. Although they share their first names, their middle names are different. My son is David John and my grandson is David Abel Dwayne. His first middle name is his grandfather on his Mommy's side and his second middle name is my husbands name. They live in Orlando but hope to move to Atlanta soon. My daughter Joy lives down in Orlando too and works for Disney. My husband is a Lutheran Pastor and I'm a bank manager for a small Hometown Bank here in Orange County New York.

We just got back from Orlando and got to take the baby to Disney!! We had a great time and so did he although he was alittle scared of Mickey when we first got there!! Hi Jan: Hope you have been doing well~! Sorry it's taken me so long to visit you here on Manilow Network. After getting back from Vegas, I've been so busy but still, thinking of you. Here are some of the highlights of my trip~! My first trip to Vegas was more than I had hoped for~! Both Saturday January l7th and Sunday January l8th concerts were fantastic~! Barry shook my hand both nights and we saw him in the Tempo Lounge as well. On the catwalk while Barry was walking up the stairs singing Copa, I was looking up at him and he looked right down, into my eyes and waved and smiled at me~! I felt dizzy at that moment Stephanie who was next to me said "that was just for you"~! He is so beautiful up close. He really put on two great concerts but the second night, he changed it up in the middle of the concert and did "CIBM Dance Version" and gave us the BAMS~! He smiled a lot at us girls and while playing the piano, the angle he was sitting at, looked like he was connecting to Gwen and I, so we put our heads together and waved our glow sticks slowly while he sang "WINE", very emotional. When Barry did "Looks Like We Made It" that sent us all into a spell of total delight~! He was so sexy in that song, OMG, indescribable actually~! One night, a bunch of us sat in front of the Manilow Store around midnight. The group of girls just kept growing as we shared our Barry stories and got to know each other better. Totally unbelievable~! This trip was everything I could have dreamed of and more~! Now I know the absolute thrill of sharing Front Row and being that close to Heaven~! Your Friend, Linda LaRose
