My mom and I do not have access to knowing the private stuff on what is going on with Scrappy. When we look out our window we sometimes see him.Eversince some weeks ago,it appears that he has been getting a little bit better care.If he was being physcially abused it would be noticeable.At times Scrappy looks at my home. Scrappy knows that my mom and I love him.My mom and I are not able to be his guardian angels.
