At 8:57pm on September 17, 2008, Ashley Holmes said…: Ok maybe this will help. when you go to theme scroll down to the header, footer, side part. the first box i left blank. the second one you pick a picture you have from your computer. then set it to tile image. then go to top bar and footer. i have the first box white and the second one with a picture from my computer. then set it to tile horizontal. that's the best i can do. i hope this helps.
