5 things U can do with a Cell Phone !

5 things you never knew your cell phone could do ............

1.) Emergency
The Emergancy Number worldwide for Mobile is 112.
If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile network & there is an Emergency, dial 112
& the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, & interestingly, this number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked.

2.) Have you locked your keys ing the car? Does your car have remote keyless entry? This ma… Continue

9/11/01.......NEVER FORGET ! To all who died...To us who go on.........

My Purpose

To awaken each morning with a smile brightening my face;
To greet the day with reverence for the opportunities it contains;
To approach my work with a clean mind;
To hold ever before me, even in the doing of little things, the Ultimate Purpose toward which
I am working;
To meet men and women with laughter on my lips and love in my heart;
To be gentle, kind, and courteous through all the hours;
To approach the ni… Continue

Hi Auntie Bussy Bee, I saw what was written in Pam's Veteran's Day Blog. This is a little history of the person that wrote the poem in my Rememberance Day blog.

John McCrae

Born November 30, 1872(1872-11-30)
Guelph, Ontario, Canada
Died January 28, 1918 (aged 45)
Boulogne-sur-Mer, France
Occupation Poet, physician, author, Lieutenant Colonel of the Canadian Expeditionary Force
Known for Author of In Flanders Fields
Lieutenant Colonel John Alexander McCrae (November 30, 1872 – January 28, 1918) was a Canadian poet, physician, author, artist and soldier during World War I and a surgeon during the battle of Ypres. He is best known for writing the famous war memorial poem In Flanders Fields.

He had died during the battle of Ypres and they found that poem amongst his belongings.

I thought you would like to know a little history of the poet that wrote this. My father was in World War 11 and the Korean War and my brother served in the Canadian Army for 21 years. I come from a long line of military relatives so I understand the importance of November 11th. Take care. Hope you day was good.
