My American Idol
AS many of my friends know, I have what I call MANILOW MONDAY at my house. On Monday nights, I pick a DVD and I sit and watch our guy! Yes I know that many of you will say that you can do that every night of the week. Well maybe I could but I have other things going the rest of the week----- any way didnt mean to stray from the topic.
Last Monday night, I was watching THE BLENHEIM PALACE concert. When I went upstairs to talk to my roommate, she asked me what I was watching. I told her a Barry DVD. She said she could hear the music coming from my room and thought I was watching AMERICAN IDOL. I thought for a moment and turned to her and said "well, yeah I was watching American Idol" |Now she was confused. She said that I had just told her I was watching Barry. I looked hat her, smiled and said:
"well Barry is American, and he IS my Idol, therefor I was wathcing my American Idol" :)

Barry is my Idol. period. I love the Blenheim Palace concert, it's definitely one of my favs. Everyday is Manilow day at my house. He gets me through my days and he always inspires me to work on my book.

Mondays are the days when I listen only to Barry whenever I have a chance because I hate Monday's and only Barry gets me through them.

Great comeback. Although what the heck evah is Laura tawkin about and what does it have to do with your cute blog story.
I know we usually go off on tangents but tawk about trying to steal a blog post.
OH WELL
I think I will use that line of yours next time I get grief on watching my Barry DVD's instead of something the OTHERS are watching. I like you style.

yes I have seen it. In fact, yesterday when I was googling pics of Barry, that was one of the sites I was on and I saw the interview again.
