Hi, my name is Jacquelyne and I am married to Bill and have two children, Katherine, aged 25 and William aged 24. I am a teacher working in a school in Rochester tutoring foreign Boarders English and British pupils GCSE English. I have only been a Barry fan for a couple of years and am trying to make up for lost time !!! We have two cats, Jack and George, plus three new arrivals: two kittens, Archie and Ralph and an adorable puppy named Betty. She is a cross Shih Tzu/Maltese. I think I needed the animals because of the empty nest syndrome and I need Barry because of my severe mid-life crisis! Welcome friends and anyone who wants to share Barry memories.

Yes, all booked up for the O2 Party and for the Manchester show too ... nearly wasnt going to go as when I went in to book for the concert it offered me some row back in Block D. Well that is a long way to go for one show and be that far back, especially now that I am well and truely spoilt as seeing Barry in Music and Passion in Vegas makes you ... so sadly I left it. However, after lunch I went into the site again just to be nosy and see how the tickets were selling and it offered me 7th row so I snapped it up and am now doing Manchester too - sigh!
It was a bit worrying about the Party booking too at first wasnt it, and then when the time changed to going on sale at 6.00pm I knew I couldnt make it home by then - thank God for good friends. So, yes, I must be mad but I am all booked up and although completely broke I am SO EXCITED!!!!

I'm so pleased you are able to see Barry at O2.Yes the UK shows are very special and the Dec' shows will be no exception! Lets hope we get a dvd so we can teasyre them forever!

I re-re-re-re-re-re-rejoined Weight Watchers! Lol!
I first joined 21 yrs ago, but then fell pregnant with my first. This similar pattern repeated itself ... three other times! After my fourth pride & joy was born, I joined for the 5th time and got to goal! Yiperdee do da! Or so I thought!
My brain was not ready for the 'New Me' so the pounds/stones pilled back on and then shame set in! I repeated this pattern once more, four years ago. Although, that time, I kept it off a tad longer. However, I stopped going to the meetings - cos I was cured!!! Lol!
So, last November, a week before my birthday, I had a long hard chat with myself and litterally 'talked myself' all the way to a meeting. What got me this time was that I didn't just focus on the dress size - in fact I don't really care what the label reads - but I totally freaked out when I realised my BMI was 36! I was 4 away from being morbidly obese! Now, I'm quite tall (5ft7) so everyone would say "Oh, you're ok, you're tall!"
My BMI however said something else! Today, I'm done to 28 - only 3 away from being "healthy".
The other factor was when my eldest mentioned possible wedding bells in 2010!
So, all in all, I think this time could be the right time - but it bl@#~y hard work, I tell you!

No, i'm not going to be there. i'm coming up on the saturday for the concert with three friends, it's just too difficult to get there friday as well. Have a good time.

I'm fine and really excited now Barry is doing 4 shows in December and I am doing them all. I am going to the party and I am looking forward to seenig my Barry friends, it's been too long!
