Hey Roxy, I'm not as good at funny cat pics as Jackie, thought this one was cute ... hon, look at the top of this box you can see B I U etc and then you see a tiny photo symbol ... click on that to post a pic on your own or someone else's page form your computer if you have pics saved to your hard drive ... Thank you for the nice note. You are a sweetie. You are a special friend to me as well. I love your blog post about sending love to Barry. Hopefully this is all temporary and he will wise up and stop smoking. But you're right when you say that all we can do is offer our love and support. And I am glad that you are back on the B-net and didn't let anyone chase you off. People were being really nasty to you and well, you don't deserve that. So anyway keep on posting okay.

Just dropping by to say Howdy! Hope you are feeling better.....I cant seem to make my mind up and I'm driving myself nuts. I'm a positive person by nature so this "dithering" I am doing is totally out of character for me.
It helped to know I wasnt the only one and you had the same thoughts too.....I wont say what about but you know, we spoke about it privately in email (which I am having trouble accessing right now), I just hope all turns out ok. Have to keep positive I guess.
Anyway, I'm sure you wont mind that I brought someone with me to say howdy as well......how could I say no to him looking like that right!

I echo your comment about being sick with worry about Barry smoking again. I also agree that this is very dangerous because of health issues he already has (he gets bronchitis easily) and his Mom dying of complications of lung cancer. We love him and when we learn about something like this how can we not worry? We love and care for him, and I just pray that Barry and his doctor have come up with an effective plan to help beat the big, bad, ugly nicotine monster...the sooner the better!!! In conclusion, I strongly believe one of the worst things about addiction is that it affects all those who love and care for the person with the addiction and not just the person with the addiction. The same can be said of those with a chronic illness. It doesn't just affect the person who has the chronic illness, it affects the friends and family of the person who is ill as well. I know firsthand this is true because I am disabled, and it has affected my family and friends and not just me.
