Oh you stayed in Riverhead? That's only like a 15/20 minute drive from me. I live like 15/20 mins. west of there. And yes Islip, I've flown out of there many times.
But thanks so much for the comment about my Mayflower video! That's in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, so I live only like a little over an hour from there. It's not a long drive at all. It's only a little longer than say going to Queens since Brooklyn is on the south shore and I'm up on the north shore. But oh, Long Island. So exciting right? haha. I love when I'm able to travel and get off this little island. It is a large island though. I remember when I was like 8 or 9, I said to my parents that one day I'd like to go to an island. And then I stopped and remembered that I live on an island. haha.
But I just LOVE the city. I've been to many places. I've been to the other side of the world and all over the country, but no other place can beat NY. the only time I actually didn't want to come back was 3 weeks ago. I didn't want to leave Vegas. Vegas almost beat NY, but once I was back here for a few days, i loved it again. It was just leaving Barry. That's why I didn't want to come back. I'm actually finally going back to Manhattan on the 3rd or 4th of october. i alwasy go to brooklyn and queens, and that is a part of the city but when you think of the city, you think of manhattan.
my friend and I are going to try and coordinate going together when we find out the dates and see if we can get front row for the $192 instead of $420. haha. but hey, you at lest got to see him. i was happy with that. everything else that happened was just a very nice surprise. haha.

If you want front row tickets go to frontrowmanilow.com. You can bid on them and whoever has the highest bid, the more center your seat will be. What I did was the "buy it now" option. That costs $400 and it comes out to be $420 when you add all the fees and shipping and stuff. It's more expensive but to me it's worth it because I got like front row center and I didn' thave to worry about being outbid or anything. It was so stressful when I had to get the money in such a short amount of time, but all the stress was so worth it in the end for obvious reasons. haha. But I'd go for the front row. If you've never sat there, you will never be able to sit anywhere else again because it's sooo amazing. Being so close to him, is a feeling I can't even describe.
I'm trying to decide on when to go back. I want to have the date so I can plan out how much money I have to save up every month and stuff. I hate that I have to wait so long to go back! haha.

But oh yeah that's right, you're going to be out there when there are no shows. I'd hate that! But they have new signs everywhere in the Hilton and the M store is stocking up on Ultimate Manilow stuff so hopefully that might help ease the Manilow separation a bit. haha.
But I seriously did buy almost everything in there. I'm not even exagerrating. I came home with bags and bags of stuff. I still don't know where to put it all. I'm still attempting to figure that out. haha. They didn't take pictures of you when you first entered the theater. A few photographers went around to all the different people and took pictures of them in their seats. We were one of the first ones, since we got there even before the doors opened. haha. But one of my good friends, actually bought us a picture. I kept it because Sara looked "gross." No, she didn't. haha. But so i now have it on my dresser. :]
I actually knew about that M&P stuff weeks ago. When everything first went on sale, i went on a little online Barry shopping spree. I got quite a few things.
But I have to update those pictures actually. Those are so outdated now! I'll take some tonight even though they won't be approved till Monday. But that's so great you got that record for 50 cents. I think mine cost $3! haha. But that's 1 of the 2 records I actually bought. 3 I found down in my nana's basement and the 2 others my mom bought for me. I love vintage Barry stuff though! :]

Thanks for the add!! When are you going to be in Vegas in October. We are going the 7th thru the 10th & staying at the Monte Carlo. I'd love to stay at the Hilton, but everyone wants to stay on the strip! I can't wait. I told my husband this morning that in 7 weeks, we will be waking up in Vegas!!
